Renting with pets

This blog will focus on how to find animal-friendly rental situations when you have pets. It will also give readers ideas on how they can buy their own homes even if they think they can't. It will give advice on how to clean and prepare a rented house before you give it back to the landlord.

I decided to create this blog after I got totally screwed by a lying, sneaky landlord who basically revamped his house on my dime when I moved out. I had been renting the place for five years with my pets. When I entered the lease the townhouse was already 8 years old and the carpet was original builders carpet -- the cheap, beige crap they initially throw down. But more on that later.
